Looking for a fun place for a play date with friends? We went this week to Beyond the Barn Pony Parties & Pony Rides
We went with another family to do the gem mining. It is $20 a child and you get to keep what you find! This is in a barn, so not in the sun. You could do on rainy or sunny day.
The gem mining won't take long, so I would suggest adding on the pony ride. They also have a merry go round for small kids. (We did not do them just because 2 of the 4 kids were to big for them).
They teach you how to shake and tap it while you look for your gems!
They also do birthday parties here.
It would be fun for a mom group to go do the pony rides and gem mining without having to drive far!
It is located at 444 Fowler Road, Alpharetta,GA 30004
You can stop at Fowler Park after for more fun as it is close by.
You can text them at 678-428-8098 to set up a time to do the pony rides and or gem mining.
You can also pay $5 more and decorate a horse shoe with your gems.
When you get there you will see a house located after Denmark High School on the right if you come from HWY 9. Pull in the back to park.
The owners were very friendly.
