They make their pasta fresh. As my son said when he was younger "it’s like a Your Pie for Pasta! :
You go in, pick your noodles, sauce and up to 6 ingredients.
You can watch them make the pasta right there.
They also have build your own salad and some other pasta choices.
They also have a great lunch special. (Check they are still doing this as we have not been in a while)
When we went it was choose for $8.99 1 pasta, fettuccine, Rigatoni or spaghetti 1-3 ingredients 1 sauce 1 soft drink
